After delivery, sales or technical support can be handled with;

   1. Take photos

   2. Send email with photos and brief description of issue to ralph.hilton@bunkerhouse.us

   3. Call 435-632-4098 to speak to a Support Specialist.

   4. Before returning any product to factory, obtain a Return Authorization Number first.

Field assembly support will be quoted, if needed, using a home improvement network "www.porch.com" of qualified handymen.  The assembly job for your enclosure will be selected from multiple "best quote" local handymen that can get the assembly job done right.  We recommend a minimum of 2 workers per assembly job.  Floor panels weigh about 200 lbs each.
