Fire protection of autos, trucks and small boats.  Opening of end doors to drive in straight on a flat or sloped 1/16”/ft concrete pad.  Use high strength grout under side panels.  Regular sub-floors are not designed to hold the weight of an automobile.  The weight of an ATV or small to medium motorcycle is OK.  A heavy motorcycle requires channel supports spanning the sides of floor panel assemblies.

Small (<1 ½”) round holes are best drilled in any MGO panel assembly with a core grinder carbide tipped drill.  Larger holes may be cut with a fine-toothed tool steel blades and carbide tipped saber saw or sawzall blades.

Construction use or living use of a bunkerhouse may incorporate an external self-service plastic port-a-potty for sewer means.  A 3" septic tank hookup or outdoor latrine is an alternative sewer means for internal living arrangements.

Internal wiring is easily accomplished with ¾” plastic flexible conduit and fittings.  Mount junction boxes as needed on interior walls.  Electrical home runs can be made through the center roof support from far side of 70 amp or larger exterior mounted circuit breaker load panel.  A 36” fan and light combination may be direct mounted to center roof support with ample head clearance.  Connectorize at panel to panel or panel to structure if take-down is anticipated.

Venting is achieved at either end using 3” B type heat ducting.

Silicon paintable white caulking is recommended at all interior and exterior seams for air/water tightness for semi/permanent installs.

Ingestion of small amounts of MGO is non hazardous. If ingested, it acts as an antacid and laxative. similar to Milk of Magnesia.

Authorized franchise satellite factories are available with corresponding geographic sales area.  A building with large flat sturdy tables for building the panel assemblies with common hand tools, clamps and TIG welder are required.  Other steel parts would be fabricated at corporate for bulk order cost savings.  Shipping area requires a heavy-duty forklift for palletized shipments.  Contact us for details.
