A three-year limited warranty on all factory parts and panel assemblies to function as specified as a protective enclosure at the original customer build site.  Industry construction standards often limit the warranty of buildings to 1 year.  If there is any documented fire or wind damage from an external, non-intentional source, that occurs to interior sheltered items during the warranty period, shall be cause for monetary partial refund on original sales amount on a pro-rated basis.  Corrosion indications of metal surfaces, particles, or fasteners shall be covered by a 1 year warranty.  Exterior fasteners should be checked on an annual basis and replaced if necessary.  Painting and caulking systems have been selected to advance the longevity of the product, however they also carry a 1 year warranty and should be checked and maintained on an annual basis.  Exterior caulking may show cracks or separations but do not decrease the protective functionality of the structure.
